Victoria has been working in the fitness industry worldwide for over 15 years trying on different types of activities from Martial Arts to Crossfit, and passing the gained knowledge on to her clients as a personal trainer.
Her yoga journey has begun in 2010 when she came to London to undergo one of the courses in Ashtanga Style. Since than it continued to be a path of trial and fail that led her to go deeper and travel to India to study at the very origin of yoga, Rishakesh. It was a personal journey of evolving personality that become a life's vocation.
Now days Victoria teaches classes that is a fusion of Ashtanga and Hatha with a spice of her personality for a more personal experience. Being a very successful personal trainer for over 10 years, she finds that yoga has increased the amount and the quality of the help she is able to provide her private clients. Her sessions are all about increasing the awareness and creating mindful experiences.
"I believe that everyone is very different and yet the same when it comes to yoga. People will be coming from various paths of life and with different issues to address to only realise that they all search for one thing "Truth about themselves and connection to the Universe".
Victoria runs both relaxing evening sessions by the candle lights and in silence welcoming people of all ages, as well as Morning Flow to awaken the body with strong asanas and breathing techniques for those seeking physical challenge.
