Where it's made
Where it's made - Cotton

All Gossypium products are designed in Lewes and made from Organic and Fairtrade cotton grown in India. We have worked for over 10 years with Agrocel to help them become the world's first community cotton broker.

Responsible

Gossypium products guarantee a better deal to all who are involved – from the farmers in the cotton fields to the customers who buy our products. We believe it's our personal responsibility to ensure that no one is exploited. Our products are made respecting both people and the planet.

It's our job to make sure that all the products you buy from us are made from the purest cotton in the most environmentally friendly and ethical way, so that you can shop with a clear conscience.

Our History

Gossypium design and make great quality clothing, bedding and accessories using organic and Fairtrade certified cotton, sourced directly from independent farmers in India.

Our beautiful cotton is soft and easy on the skin allowing your body to breathe, day and night. Our designs are classic, our style uncompromising and each and every product has a strength of its own.

We make products to last but when the day comes for your favourite piece of cotton to go and join all the other old rags in their resting place in the sky, don’t despair, because we'll take them back for recycling.

Gossypium is an independent family business.
