Returns Policy

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro.
All transactions are in pounds sterling (£).

We also accept payment or part payment with The Gossypium Gift Vouchers. These can be purchased from the website or from our stores.
Payments may be made by cheque using our brochure order form. Please use Brochure Request to arrange for a brochure to be sent to you.

Stock permitting, all orders placed by on the web are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within five working days. During the busy periods, we will advise you if there are likely to be any small delays . In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may occur.

DELIVERY TIMES

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within five working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Export-only (outside EU) Value Added Tax: VAT us deducted from all export orders (so at current rate there is a saving of nearly 15%). All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that Gossypium cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.

RETURNS POLICY

You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.

How to return:
1. Fill out the returns form on the back of your invoice indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
2. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office - we recommend that you send returns by registered post. Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel.
We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during busy periods, please allow 15 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

Important

If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.
If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment is needed.
Replacement items will be sent to you free of P&P charges.
Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed.

LEGAL STATEMENT ON RETURNS

Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the three month post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, Gossypium will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. On returned goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between Gossypium and you requires that you return the goods to Gossypium on cancellation. The costs of returning goods to Gossypium are borne by you. Orders collected from Gossypium incur no handling charge. Gossypium can arrange for delivery of products to you if required; this constitutes a separate contract between you and Gossypium. In this case, a charge will be made by Gossypium for packing, handling and delivery of goods. Your statutory rights are considerably enhanced by all of this.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your personnal data

Most of the information we collect helps us understand who our customers are. We will never release your individually identifiable information. We will never sell or exchange your name or e-mail address to anyone, without your explicit permission.
We do not place any 'cookies' in the browser of your computer. We do not track down your internet use nor your online purchasing habits on other sites. We do have a system that maps what pages on our own website users are visiting. This helps us to find out what our popular sections are.
