The standard delivery is Royal Mail Second Class Packet Post at £2.95 per order. We aim to send out orders received before noon on weekdays, on the same day. Standard delivery is free on orders over £50. You should expect to receive your order after 3-5 days.

Next day delivery is available for £9.00, and uses Royal Mail Special Delivery. This guaranteed next day delivery service means orders received before 12.00pm should arrive the follow morning. A signature is required on delivery. If you are ordering for the first time, and you need the products sent to a different delivery address, to the billing address, then we will call you to check that your card is not being used without your knowledge.

Europe

Deliveries to Europe are made using Royal Mail Surface Mail or Air Mail. These services require a signature to be given on delivery. We are unable to accept orders where full address information is not supplied. If paying with a non-UK credit or debit card, please check with your card issuer any conversion rates or charges which they may levy on foreign currency transactions.

Export-only (outside EU) Value Added Tax: VAT us deducted from all export orders (so at current rate there is a saving of nearly 15%). All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that Gossypium cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.

Orders are sent by Parcel Force at cost.
